The time to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Custom items may take longer. For details, see individual items.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We are currently only shipping to Canada and the US at this time. We are working on shipping internationally in the near future.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have a need to consider exchange and returns, you likely purchased an item(s) from us. Which means we owe you a "Thank You"! Nothing makes us happier than happy customers, and as such we want to do our very best to deliver amazing products, customer service, and make right to any hiccups along the way.

If you received an item that is damaged or flawed due to defects in material or craftmanship, please contact info@shelamaker.com right away so we can replace it for you. If you do not want a replacement we will give a store credit.
